It was distributed in the form of an evangelism pamphlet. Over the years about 4,400,000 copies have been distributed from fifty printings. Translated into several languages, this English version remains essentially unchanged from the original. The translation from Korean to English has been done by Rev. Hewon Han, the son of Rev. Kyung-Chik Han. The editing has been updated from the 1963 edition by Donna Han, the wife of Rev. Hewon Han. All Bible references are from the New Revised Standard Version (1989).
