Since the beginning of this work in 1946, we have watched the miraculous working of God in the hearts and lives of boys and girls. Thousands have accepted Christ, and thousands have received inspiration for holy living.
Campjoy is a free camp—free of any cost to boys and girls ages 9 through 14.
Camp joy is a Bible camp—we make no apology for the strong Bible teaching conducted daily.
Camp joy is a fun camp—Big FunI We want to give our campers the time of their lives; hence, we have fifty horses for daily riding, two swimming pools, baseball fields, a full-sized gymnasium, and many other recreational activities.
Camp joy is a salvation camp—we point our children to Christ, the Saviour. We do our best to lead them to a knowledge of Christ and to establish them in their faith.
Camp joy is a standards camp—we have strict standards for all our people, campers and counselors: no cursing, no vulgarity, no improper dress, no smoking. We teach separation from the world.
Camp joy is a compassion camp—we exist to show boys and girls that somebody cares. We love the children who come to us, and we try to show it by Christian compassion.
